Why does Comcast hire shoddy intallers
Yesterday a comcast installer hooked up service at a house beside me. So they disconnected one of my lines to hook them up. Of course comcast does not care since they get my payment every month for 2 cable modem service. To make things worse only one modem has wifi turned on and that is the one they disconnected. Simple solution but cannot access 2nd modem since comcast is too cheap to make app work with only one modem. Play for hours with phone and chat bots but cannot turn on wifi since now all advanced setting are locked out except on app for one modem. Please comcast tell me about your wonderful customer service and award winning [Edited: "Profanity"] since it only applies to the people that do not ask for anything different.
DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP FROM COMCAST except ai bots.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
