Why does Comcast [Edited] so bad today???
My promo ended so they went up 30 dollars without any warnings. The are charging me much more for much less. Lost my DVR and all the saved recordings, they brought my internet speed from 2.1 Gbit down to 1 Gbit so now every YouTube video is clipping, lagging and briefly locking up. I called and was hung up on for over an hour trying to speak with someone now today they tell me they can put me on a new promo with all the same things and up my speed back to 2 Gbit for less money [Edited: "Language"] kinda racket is this company become?? I used to love Comcast and have had them since they took bought out roadrunner internet, now, they just downright [Edited: "Language"] and I honesty despise this company!!!
