Why do your agents lie?
I lowered my bill yesterday and was asked what channels we definitely wanted to keep. I was told that my new package had them. Now I find out I was moved to a plan that has none of them, kept the channels I wanted to get rid of and was given a sports and news package that I would never have asked for. I tried chatting in. Twice the agents paused the chat without giving me a chance to respond and the third agent never even said hello and just sat there ignoring me asking if they were going to speak. At this point, I'm planning to file complaints with the FCC, BBB and Attorney general if need be. The shady business practices need to be stopped.
