Why do your agents lie???

I have screenshots from your agent saying my account balance was going to be cleared now you’re saying I owe over 300$ [Edited: "Language"]

user_5t06ml we will do all we can to help, but we will need more details. When was the account adjusted? Your account balance may not update immediately online at www.xfinity.com or in the Xfinity app. It just depends on what work was done. Did you close your account, or did we apply a credit to the account?

It was suppose to be adjusted I have screen shots from the agent saying my past due balance would be completely waived and that happened for a day and now all the charges are back and my internet does not work
