Why do you refuse to help resolve your billing error with me?

Almost 3 hours on the phone including a supervisor failing to call me back yesterday. A representative that failed to apply a promotion to my account last month and changing me to paperless without my authorization. You didn’t even help lower my bill as requested, for a loyal customer of over 25+ years. Since you refuse to help me I’ll be forced to leave Xfinity. What a disgraceful display of “service” and complete disregard for helping fix your errors!

user_covor7 Sorry to hear you have been having such a poor experience trying to get changes made to your account, but we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can to get everything corrected.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

This has done NOTHING to help resolve my issue. It’s extremely disappointing that Xfinity would treat customers like this, especially with over 25 years of service with NOT ONE late bill. This is why many are quick to leave for competitors. If you cannot lower my bill and continue to give me the run-around, you’ve lost a valued customer.
