Why do I have to post in a forum to get a pointer to another form that I need to fill out for a legal name change?

So, I'm posting here because XFinity is too stupid to have a place we can just download a form to submit a legal name change.

Instead of a reasonable process, I have to

1. Post here so that I can send a DM so that I can then

2. DM support to get a form that I can finally

3. Submit the form with documentation.

That's just stupid. There should be just step #3. I've done this with a wide range of companies, and this is the second-worst process, and the worst online process. The AI chat is too dumb to send me this, too. This is just a pointless layer of interaction that frustrates the customers and wastes company time.

So, can you reply with the with the stock text that you can't even find in the knowledge base that will move this process along? I know the blame for this isn't on you, but you can pass this on as a complaint. It would be good if you can pass on how to contact someone who can tick a box that one more complaint about this gets registered.

@Jackie_VT Anytime customers have feedback they would like to provide on a recent experience or a policy/process we currently have we would strongly recommend filling out our feedback form.

There are other means to get in contact with a representative to get that name change process started from our end and understand certain processes can be updated/streamlined. Our team would be more than happy to assist you getting you taken care of today. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
