Why did my bill go up $10?

My initial bill was $55.  The 2nd bill is now $65.  The bill doesn't provide an explanation for this additional $10 difference.

Why?

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I understand the concerns of receiving a bill higher than I expected,  what's great about our Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps  is you can view the last 12 months of detailed bills by going to billing, detailed bill, view PDF file.

Once you open up the PDF file and Scroll down to the section that shows your regular monthly services,  you can compare your last few bills with your current bills to see where the increase came from.

I'll also be happy to look at your detailed billing to see what changes have occurred to get started send me a direct message To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
