Why can’t you talk to a real representative?

I have internet connection issues.only help is a automated questionnaire computer. That’s absolutely no help. Customer service is that all time a low.

AGREED!! Horrible! I haven’t had internet for over a week and cannot get through to anyone. I just get automated messages that there’s an outage; they’re working on it; no agent can help you; Good news! Internet is restored; then 5 minutes later it is out again! I am sick of the lack of customer service. I went to my account and stopped auto payments. Bet someone will call me real soon now!

Concerns moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Please send me a private message with your full name and full address. I can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a private message, please click the chat icon next to the bell in the upper right corner. Click the “notepad and pen” button. Send the full message to our shared support handle “Xfinity Support”. We look forward to hearing from you!

I no longer work for Comcast.

I agree. I can't even cancel my service!  I've experience hours today trying get to an agent. You can't even cancel it in a chat session.  The chat robot tells you call "1-800 I HATE XFINITY CUSOMERS"

@user_aeafcb I can help with any account concerns. Would you please send a direct message with your name and complete service address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
