Why can't Xfinity execute an upgrade request? Been waiting since 11/26/20
On 11/26/20 I upgraded to a new package with a self install kit.
I was told a tracking number would be sent.
There has been no information sent.
The order is still pending and nothing has arrived not even a tracking number.
I am a long time customer....but it seems like nobody is home here at Xfinity.
