why can't I view the available tv packages?

I'm paying for a lot of channels I do not need and never watch.  I would like to see if there are plans that would be a better fir for me, but I have spent over an hour on the website.  I cannot for the life of me find a list of available packages.  Why is it so difficult to navigate?

Hi! We definitely understand where you're coming from on wanting to see/know what other channel package options are available to you. Take a look at this link for me: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup-bundles. You have the option to change the zip code listed. Once you do that, are you able to see the different channel lineups offered in your area?

I tried what you told this other person to do. This is a complete line up and not what my plan offers me.
why is there no option to view each plan with pricing and what it contains unless you are a new customer?

Hello @user_85e7c1. That link is good for all lineups, but for current customers you can see the options either through the My Account app or the website while logged in. That should list all options for you. However, if you have an older package no longer offered the lineups are outdated, in which it would be best to review as a new customer so you are provided up to date information. Having an older package and signing it tells our online system to pull older information for packages in case you wish to review your current one. Clicking Manage my plan should provide you with the information you seek though. If not, we are happy to provide you with any information you seek as well here.
