Why can’t I talk to a live person
This is ridiculous I get an email
that my plan had changed and that we won’t be able to record anything. I did not change anything but I can get any answers because I can’t talk to a human

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with reaching an agent or the issues you're having with your account on being able to record anything.
If you made any recent changes to your plan our new plans only come with 20 hours of cloud DVR storage, so in order to have 150 hours or more of DVR storage there is a DVR fee that has to be added onto your account.
Did you recently make any change or get any new promotions added to your account recently?

Now if you do have the $10 DVR service or the premium DVR service you should still be able to record, but have you went into your recordings to see if you have enough space left ?
