Why can't I speak to a live person

This is ridiculous to be put in a situation where I need to ask a computer a question that it can't answer and then it won't connect me to a live person.  I'm canceling if you guys can't hire a real person to answer customer questions.

I need to unpause all devices but my app no longer works.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we offer many ways to reach out to a live xfinity agent https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us.  To pause and unpause devices that does need to be done via the awesome xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-xfi-manage-profiles .

 

 

Can you give me a little more detail on the issues you're having accessing the Xfinity app?
