Why can't I reach a support agent in a reasonable amount of time and why does it take several calls before someone will look into my issue.

Is there a way to reach a support agent in a reasonable amount of time?

Does it take several contacts before someone will look into my issue.

Really struggling to get this resolved in a timely manner. Could someone tell me the secret of getting a technician? I am tired of a remote tier 1 person trying to sell me on the xfinity mobile while telling me they are going to reset my modem remotely. The provided hardware is obviosly not working as intended, could someone look into it. I don't have the diagnostic tools to work this out.

Really frustrating Xfinity can't be bothered to look into the broken services I am paying for.
