Why can't I get the 5 year price lock for existing customers

Seeing a lot of ads for a 5 year price lock of $50 for the 1 GB plan. As an existing 25+ year plus customer, how do I switch to this plan?

Hello @bob-mmk That offer is an introductory plan for new customers only currently. To view all plans avaialble to your account you can log in at https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder and browze available options. Otherwise we'd be happy to look over the account as well and compare the available promotions for you.

Please take a look and see what the available promotions are that I can get please as the page you mentioned does not include any promotions, just higher prices that what I am already paying.

@bob-mmk We'd be happy to do that for you. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address, and we will take a look. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
