Why can’t I get service?!
Today’s date is August 15,2023. I’ve been waiting since May 12 for my internet to be activated at a new location. The technician has come out three times to activate service. The construction branch of xfinity has not/will not run the lines that allow service to be installed. Why does supervision allow construction to pick and choose which customers will receive service? This is on supervisor, Jerome, and construction crew. I have had Xfinity service in a primary location for 25+ years, yet I cannot get internet service at this new location. Both my neighbors at new location have service. Zip is 24104. Earn your paycheck people!!!
