Why cant I get a human on the phone
How come its easy to get a human on the phone if I want to set-up new service but then when I want to ask any technical questions its nearly impossible to get a live human. All Xfinity wants to do is reset my modem... I dont need to do that, ive already done, quit telling me to rest my modem.
I love the Xfinity product but despise the customer service as pect of the business.
