Why can't I cancel my internet like any other service?

The process to cancel xfinity feels like a loan shark breaking my store if I don't pay for protection. Where is my cancel button. When I click cancel service I can't even schedule a call. I feel like I'm being completely fleeced by Comcast right now. I'll never recommend this service to anyone I ever meet for the rest of my life because the business executives are more greedy than russian oil barons.

Can a kind customer service representative help me because I'm being held hostage by your bosses right now.
