Why can't Comcast figure out how to fix a drop to my home after 3 attempts to have it fixed?

I have been to the Xfinity store, contacted repair and even the billing offices.  It doesn't seem that Comcast can figure out how to have a tech come out and fix the drop to my home AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS!  I really appears that you want to charge an install fee instead and have your people come out and drill holes through the side of my home, not happening.  Currently, the drop is dangling from the utility pole in the alley behind my home instead of on top of my garage and blocking the alley, as I moved it myself since you couldn't be bothered.   You're welcome...
