Why can I not talk to a human?

I do not want an answering machine.

I do not want a chat bot.

I do not want to text.

I want to speak to an actual human being. 

Why is this so hard?

No, I want a person to call me on the phone. I don't want my business posted on the internet. I just want to speak to human being.

The support line will not connect me with a living person. I simply want to speak with another living, breathing human being on the phone.

I do not understand why this is such a difficult concept.
