Why can I never speak to agent?

my internet has been out like 6 times in a week, you gave me a measly 10$ credit ( which is not enough for your shot service). But, you will never let me speak to an agent. You just keep redirecting me, and hanging up. Look at the number of time I have called. Your virtual agents [Edited: "Language"] and are infuriating. I want to speak to someone

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
