Why can I net get a better plan in an area with no competition?

Comcast has a monopoly in my area. There is no other option aside from satellite. Why must I have a full cable internet and phone bundle? I have called in the past and they tell me that is my only option. Also, why do I have to call to be told this again? Are you trying to hide evidence of your practices from the FCC?

If you happen to have an older plan you may not see the same options available and the system may prompt you to reach out to us in case your equipment is out of date or we can help find a new plan for your current service needs.
