Why can I net get a better plan in an area with no competition?
Comcast has a monopoly in my area. There is no other option aside from satellite. Why must I have a full cable internet and phone bundle? I have called in the past and they tell me that is my only option. Also, why do I have to call to be told this again? Are you trying to hide evidence of your practices from the FCC?

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
