why being a diamond member with 32 years with comcast and having 4 xfinity products can I NOT get a lower price on my monthly bill?

Current bill is approaching $440 for this billing cycle.....PREVIOUS billing cycle for the SAME services and equipment rental with promotional discounts, the monthly bill was $395.  I do NOT want to start a new account (as xfinity store suggested) to lower my monthly bill (why give away 30 plus years of being a "loyal" xfinity customer ??)......talking to "on-line" customer service, the monthly bill would have been appox. $450.  Would like to know WHAT can be done to get this bill under control...WITHOUT cutting my services / equipment that I already have....
