Why ask for ssn
I was trying to get my bill lowered, so I talked with agents. Everything was going ok, till they asked for full ssn and card details. I’m just nervous that someone has all my info. Please help!!

Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look.
