Why are you still outsourcing all calls to the Philippines?
Every time I call about a tech issue I am getting someone who doesn’t understand. For example I called about an outage and the guy couldn’t explain any thing to me. He literally said to me he doesn’t know what’s it called and he couldn’t explain what a tower is. Cable and internet is too high in price to have to deal with this everytime I call.

Simple answer: Because it's cheap. Every aspect of why Comcast/Xfinity does, both good and bad, is with only one single goal...maximize profits to the fullest extent possible, and to hell with everything else. They're not alone, but they're pretty much the leader.
