Why are there no live agents?
The customer service is non existent. If I have issues with my cable or phone there is no way for me to talk to someone. It’s never just one thing that you need to chat about, this <Edited: Language> service is like an onion of issues, in other words, there’s layers to the non stop issues. I just want to talk to a real person. With the amount you all charge there should be a real agent ready to help.
