Why are the rewards buried under a mile of garbage?
I wanted to rent a movie for $1 (you know, because that is/was one of the member benefits available). Well, after extensive searching, including the virtually useless “search function” I came up empty handed. I guessed that that particular benefit had been unceremoniously dropped in favor of a discount on a stupid smartwatch.
But then I saw it advertised again! What?! So after sifting through the benefits, some more, and realizing it wasn’t a “discount” benefit, but an “entertainment” benefit, and that I simply had to click “more…” twice, voila! The lost ark was discovered. Unfortunately it is not retroactive, so last nights rental still ended up costing me $6.
I guess I should think of my customer benefits as more of a hide and seek game, and not actually a perk of my customer loyalty. Noted. Maybe I shouldn’t be so loyal. There are better games in town.

I can certainly understand how disappointing that would be. We'd be happy to take a closer look and see what options may be available.
