Why are the reps for customer service allowed to lie to us about billing
I need to speak to someone about the misinformation, lies and false claims off help that four representees and thats just today. and many more continue to engage in. Then whenever they decide they just transfer you off with no warning explantion or nothing. I have the names and what one rep claims to be their ID numbers but at this point im pretty sure itll go by no issues. Oh thanks for the 0.04 credit that i guess supposed to compensate me for the multiple hours wasted on something that was thought to had been previously handled correctly
