Why are existing customers not valued? No deals?
I am trying to change around my plan now that my 2 year contract is up, and I can find lots of deals offered to new customers that I am unable to get? I called, and was just flat out told no, nothing they can do.
I have been a customer for years, my bill gets paid in full and on time. Why am I not important enough to get the same price as someone new? Seems pretty horrible
