Why am I still trying to be loyal

I have been a loyal customer f

Since 2016. Im having the absolute worst experience with xfinity. I can't call the numbers I get due to security we can not talk to you by phone please go to the website. I go to the assistant and it likes 20 minutes to get a rep. My services are disconnected after I made a payment and no one will or can help. But yet I'm still trying to be a customer why?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
