Why am I being charged for Xfinity and Comcast?

I have been trying to get help for this for over a year now I’m being charged by both companies and I’m not sure why I disputed the bill against Xfinity through my credit card company and Xfinity just accepted it and now I have a debt collection I want to pay the person I owe. I’m not supposed to be paying two bill bills. How could we resolve this? I have copies of payments for the last several years

Hello user_i3c8eh We are one company. So it is a little strange you are seeing charges for one and the other. But this is usually an indication that there are two accounts open. We will want to check into it a little deeper to figure out exactly what is happening and help get a resolution for you. To gather the personal and account information we need please send us a direct message with your full name and any service addresses you see on the bills.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
