Whose property is the xfinity box on?
There's a box behind my back fence. I'm pretty sure it's xfinity. I'm just trying to find out if it's on my property or my back neighbor's.

- Does the box of Comcast/ Xfinity label on it?
- About how far is it from the fence line?
- Is it located near an alley or utility easement area, or directly between your property and your neighbor’s?
- What type of box is it (for example, a green pedestal or ground-level utility cover)?
- Do you know if it’s connected to your home’s service, your neighbor’s, or are you unsure?
If the box is not labeled, you can also reach out to you local utility company and they can check if your city or local company owns the box.
