Whole Home Evaluation

Got xFi Complete last month and was told that I could be eligible for a free Pod for 'wall to wall' coverage after a whole home evaluation. I haven't received any emails for this evaluation and really need a pod to get a stronger internet connection in my office. I'm on the 1200mbs plan and it's ridiculous that my home computer is only pulling ~80mbs when I'm remoting into work. Its been about a month and I can't find any emails about this evaluation.

I am in the same boat.  No email regarding my whole home evaluation and can't get a decent wifi signal at the other end of the house.  My bedroom tv won't even connect.

Hello and welcome to Comcast. Thank you so much for reaching out to us today @kgibbs65. I am sorry to hear that you have not received the email for the whole home evaluation. Now in order to get the email you must have our xFi Complete service. Do you know if you have that service on the account?
