Whole Home assessment

Started my service nearly 3 weeks ago. Per the info online I should have got an email when the assessment started and then the results after 2 weeks, after 3 weeks I’ve seen nothing. How do I kick this off chat is utterly useless! Any ideas.

24 hours later ages between messages nothing resolved. It seems my test never started.
