Whole home assessment
A while back I upgraded to xFi complete with the xFi gateway. There is a total of one area in my house that can hold the gateway, so that's where it is. The result is there are two rooms far away that get barely any signal or in the case of the devices in the back of one of the rooms gets zero signal. I thought the whole home assessment would conclude that I would get the free xFi pod, but it concluded the wifi coverage is great and I don't need extenders.
Obviously that's wrong and using the xFi gateway means I just lose coverage in some areas of my house. Since that area is now converted into my home office I need to get a new assessment done, or just please accept that I need the pod as I actually can't connect to the wifi without a range extender. I don't know how it's supposed to show up on the assessment that I need a range extender when I can't actually connect 3 devices to the gateway.
