Who can I contact for real help?

We can't seem to get a resolution to what was supposed to be a simple transfer of service but after multiple technician visits and being told that my new home is the only one on the block that doesn't have an underground line, we have had the construction crew who was to do the work no-call no-showed three times. I should be working remotely but I can't because here we are at the beginning of week four having to commute to work. Xfinitys lack of resolution and constantly scheduling appointments for work to be done only to be left without service week after week doesn't seem like good business.  Nobody is helping or expediting this. This is costing me hundreds of dollars and tomorrow we have another appointment for both the construction crew and a technician to come out and set us up. I was assured by the last customer service representative that we will have internet before the day is up but we have been told that dozens of times already.  Please help. Nobody seems to take this matter seriously

Hi @user_5be95d Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through Xfinity forums! Oh no! How upsetting!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Still no resolution.  My wife and I are extremely furious with the lack of professionalism, communication, and resolution.  4 weeks now and still no updates, no correspondence even after every single person we've interacted with has said they would follow our account and provide updates.  After 4 appointments where the construction crew decided not to show up, we are stuck with no internet and losing money quickly as I now have to either miss work or commute.  The work order for underground construction has been pending since 3/5/2023.  Today is 3/27.  If any other communication company offered internet in our area we would have already switched since Xfinity does not care about their customers but we have no options other than this negligent organization.  Get it together and quit hurting your customers.
