Whio do you think you are??
I am getting threats to shut down my internet, and today I received an Email from you threatening me with shut- off. I have NOT had Xfinity for 3 months and am so happy I got rid of you. [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"] For the lousy 12 years I have had Xfinity, I have been charged too much, you swept my account 2x for several months, nobody answers the phone, and you [Edited: "Language"] to try and sweep my account. Who [Edited: "Language"] do you think you are? I you do succeed in getting money from my account IO will sue [Edited: "Language"] you. I thought I was free, but you are billing me and I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT MONTHS AGO!!! I left because [Edited: "Language"] and this proves my point. One dollar you take and I will be your worst nightmare. Do NOT, DO NOT try to take my money again. Tear up the bills and forget you ever knew me because [Edited: "Language"]. I cannot say that enough. Stay out of my bank account!!!!

Hello, @user_1a5k64 please allow me to review your account to see why you are continuing to get billed on a closed account. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
