which way loyalty??

Been through the various silicon type automation tools.  Here is my issue.  When I look online I see the 5 year $60 gigabyte plan, with wifi equipment, AND Disney/Hulu, and peacock, and a "streaming device", but it is only good for new Customers.  So here I sit as a Customer since 2013 and I have to pay double that.  As I understand it, there is no way I can get the newbie price because I am loyal.  This is just to notify your carbon types that I will be switching to Starlink and DirectTV.  You say I am Diamond customer because I have loyal to you... the way I see it, you have not been loyal to me.  Once I get the starlink setup and running, I will be cancelling my services with you guys and once I go through that hassle, I will not be back.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Marty, Thanks for responding.  No, I don't need Xfinity Mobile.  I don't even really need 185 channels (which is about 180 more than I actually use).  and I don't need the Samsung tablet that I was offered as an inducement.  What I WOULD like is the same offer you offer to people coming in off the street.  If I am a "Diamond Customer" with lots of years of "loyalty", I would like some loyalty back.  $60/month with 5 year guarantee.  Wifi equipment and unlimited data.  Disney/Hulu included and the "4K stream box".

This is the published deal that makes it worth while for me to make some noise and if my loyalty isn't good enough, then I will go through the hassle of getting starlink hardware and go that way.  But I need to say, that if I finally make the switch and setup the starlink hardware, I won't switch back.. and I will be taking my cable tv subscription along with it (switching to directTV)
