Where to submit a complaint about an tech support phone agent?

My experience with online support chat agent was horrible. I was trying to schedule a tech appointment to my new Xfinity Internet service. He was only wasting my time, taking 1 simple task almost 30 minutes just to kill time and get paid. At the end, he lied to me about the service.... After talking to him, I find out he didn't even schedule AT ALL... I am planning to cancel my Xfinity order and stay with Fios if my experience with Xfinity going to be like this...
