WHERE IS THE LOYALTY
Been a customer for 46+ years. Bill went up $32 again. I went online to make changes. I was amazed to see 3 internet offers. I am currently paying $113 a month for 800 Mbps. It was offering 1 GIG for 5 years for only $60 a month. I jumped on that. Unfortunately when I put it in my cart, it jumped to $110. I opened the chat. Reference Number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]. The agent gave me the same offers that included the $60 but when he went to set it up he could not get the rate either. I am so tired and frustrated. Every year or two I have spend an hour on the phone or chat trying to fight for a fair rate. You would think after 46 years this would not be. I feel you cater to new customers. What about your LOYAL customers? Tried again through FB messanger.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
