where is the chat icon, which screen, which device?

I really need a human to help me with an email problem - the last 90 minutes of chatbot hell is really annoying.

In other messages I see team members suggesting using direct message feature but don't know what screen is meant - iPhone? laptop? TV?This page?

@user_af5m7i Hello and good afternoon. Thanks for adding to the community. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. What questions do you have on your email?

I use a password protection app, Aura, and Aura tells me that their password reset messages need to be whitelisted because Comcast is blocking them. In reading the FAQs, it seems I can set up my whole email account that way but cannot simply whitelist one company. Can you help me?
