where is new TV

We ordered an ARRIS  TV box about 10 days ago and it hasn't arrived

Hi there, @user_uc5rzm! Thank you for reaching out about the new TV box that you ordered. Our shipments take 2-5 business days to arrive. You should have received it by now. We also send a notification with your tracking number and show the shipment in the Xfinity app. This makes it easy to check on the progress of your shipment. I need to check your account so I can find out if the shipment has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
