Where is my Xfinity Rewards Free Bluetooth Speaker?
i'm a diamond member in the xfinity rewards program. I was offered and claimed a bluetooth speaker. when will I receive this item? Nothing is in my email to alert me that the item was being shipped.
is there anyway to know when am going to receive my reward? thank you in advance!

My speaker arrived this afternoon. It is a very nice-looking little bluetooth. I haven’t played it yet but will tomorrow.
Thank you Comcast for this nice gift.
if you haven’t received yours yet, be patient….it’s coming.

Hi, I to am a diamond rewards member. I claimed my bluetooth speaker in Jan. 2022 and just received it yesterday 4/14/2022. I tried everything to find out when I would receive it with no results. So I stopped trying. I guess what it comes down to is forget about it will come when you least expect it. Once you receive it check your rewards account it will be marked complete instead of claimed. I've been waiting for mine since November 2021, that's 7 months ago. Xfinity said mine was delivered in Feb. 2022, but I never received it. Now, I have made 9 calls and talked to 8 representatives, have 5 open tickets, have chatted 4 times and I still can't get an answer when it's coming. I've had Xfinity representatives tell me 5 different times that they will call me back to verify the speaker is on it's way, but I have never received a call. I have never received an answer from the email Tickets Xfinity sends. All I do is get the run around like it's a frickin joke!!! I have been an Xfinity customer for over 20 years and when they started the rewards program, the bluetooth speaker was the first thing I ordered and what a joke this has been. It's definitely not an reward, it's a nightmare, but they owe me this speaker and I'm going to get it for all the money I spend for this company. The absolute worse customer service of anybody I deal with.
