Where Is my return

Fedex, according to the tracking info, delivered the return of the phone on 2/3/26 at 11:46 to Mt Juliet, TN.  So far nobody can tell me if they received it.  Xfinity Mobile is the most incompetent organization I have ever dealt with.  I am very glad to be rid of them!!!  Hopefully I will receive my credit for the return shortly...

@XfinityRaul​ I have already waisted too much time with you folks to go over this for the 5th time.  Tried the direct message thing and it didn't work!!  I just want my refund as the phone was delivered 2/3/2026 by FedEx (tracking # [Edited: "Personal Information"]).  Unless you can tell me that the phone was received and my refund is in my account and the account is totally and forever closed, we are done!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
