Where is my Modem and Router being shipped
I placed my order for Modem and Router. I did not want it to be shipped to the service address so, I chatted with a live agent and they ensured me that they changed the sipping address to a store near me and gave me the address. 15 minutes later I got an email saying that my modem and router will be shipped to the service address. Two things 1) Where can I check to see what address my equipment is being shipped 2) I have not gotten an email saying anything has been shipped and it has been 4 business days, how long does it take for this to be shipped (I thought I would received 2-5 business days but it has not even been sent out yet). I have tried to chat with a live agent again but that is no longer an option, I have tried everything to connect with a live agent because this is not an option when talked to AI.
