Where is my gift card? This is a scam

I was promised a 200 dollar visa gift card when I got this internet service and when I checked my status it said disqualified because of change in plan. I have never changed my plan and it shows on my statements. This is very disappointing and it feels like a scam especially because other people are having problems. Do better!

Same thing happened to00  me. I was told if I signed up for mobile service with my Inernet I would get a $500 visa gift card and then told that was never a thing and now I'm stuck with their mobile service, I don't even use.
