Where is my free flex box that comes with starting Xfinity internet service?

I just started my xfinity internet service and checked the box to receive my “free” flex box aside from the $15 activation fee. 

when I went to the store to pick up my self-install kit, all I got was my gateway. 

am I supposed to get my flex box in the mail?  Or were they supposed to give me one at the store?  The parking is terrible so I am hoping to not have to go back in personally for something if they were supposed to hand it to me.

  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
