Oh no, @user_8lptuy! Can you walk me through the steps you're taking to access your email, and are you receiving an error code or message when trying to access your Xfinity email? Also, did you recently close down your Xfinity account? Former Xfinity customers can still use their Xfinity Emailaddress if logged in to their account using the Xfinity Email website in the 90 days prior to disconnecting service. Your email account will remain active if you access it using the Xfinity Email website at least once every nine months.
