where is my $200 visa gift/prepaid card?

I am writing to inquire about the status of my promotion gift card that I was supposed to receive after three months of joining Xfinity internet. I joined Xfinity internet in December of last year and I was informed that I would receive a $200 gift card as part of the promotion. However, I have yet to receive the gift card and I was hoping you could provide me with an update on its status.

I have been a loyal customer of Xfinity and have been satisfied with the internet service so far. However, I was disappointed to find out that I have not received the gift card that was promised to me as part of the promotion. I hope you can understand my concern and provide me with a resolution.Thank you.
