where is my 200$ visa gift card?

I was offered back in august to port my number to Xfinity to get 200$ visa gift card. In addition, the representative told me that my internet bill will also go down 10$ each month. He also offered me a new device to buy to receive all this. I bought a new iPhone 12 mini and ported my number to Xfinity. Offer mentioned gift card will be mailed to me in 16-18 weeks. Today I enquired about the gift card then Xfinity told me that there was no such offer. Xfinity incentive tracker also did not show anything in my Account. My internet bill also didn't change. The same thing happened to my friends as well. This is something I would never expect from such a reputed company. If they can't keep their word, it loses my trust. After this term contract, I will never suggest anyone go with Xfinity.  #dropXFINITY.

@AS_48108 Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry for the frustrating expereince you have had trying to receive your gift card after signing up for Xfinity Mobile services. I would like to take a closer look at your account.

@XfinityZacharyA​ If your team can not solve my case, what's the point of asking for a chat in a private message? You can check the same passing the ball is going on with me. Your representative recommends me reach out to Xfinity Mobile while Xfinity mobile recommends reaching out to the gift/incentive department. gift department says we have no information about your case go to Xfinity mobile. What the heck is going on here? Is this the way customers are being treated? you have no coordination and you guys are wasting our valuable time.

They never solve any case. I’ve spent hours at the phone, and a lot of angry moments. Nobody can fight with those sharks. I was taken like a fool, and I believed them, I switched to them, and they didn't fulfill their part of the deal.  I was waiting for my $200

@XfinityZacharyA​ nothing change with calls or private chats. You already scammed me, you offered me something and you fulfilled it  

and even if I write or call you, you tell me now that I don't qualify...

but when you wanted me to hire your telephone company, you offered me $200

now, you change the terms ? 
dissapointed !!!!!!

@user_e3adc2 I apologize for the issues you've encountered with the Xfinity Mobile customer service.

 

By any chance, did they give you a reason why the $200 was provided back to you, when you talked to them recently?
